My mum was visiting my grandmother and the baby across the road was crying all the time. Mum new the person across the road. He was a Dr, when mum went over to asking if the baby was all right he indicated that that the baby was fine. When mum asked about why the baby was crying so much he told her not to worry the baby was fine, the crying just help to strengthen his lungs. I dint say I agree with this comment or not but sometimes babies just cry. Could be a number of reason but they some probably just want attention. Good luck it should settle down eventually.
