You embrace a person with all their flaws and strengths when you discover the one you want to spend forever with.

Many people find themselves curious about how many partners their spouse has had in the past. While this question can sometimes lead to feelings of jealousy, it’s a common topic of discussion. For example, during their honeymoon, a husband asked his wife how many significant others she had before him. As he nervously broached the subject, she simply stared at the ceiling in silence.

“Just tell me, it’s okay,” he urged gently. “How many men have you been with?” But again, she remained quiet. Realizing he might have upset her, he quickly apologized, saying, “I didn’t mean to bother you. I thought we could be open and honest with each other.”

When she still didn’t respond, he added, “It’s fine; please don’t be upset.” He then leaned in to kiss her, showering her with affection. Turning to him in frustration, she finally exclaimed, “Oh, come on! Now I can’t even remember the count because of you!”

What do you think about this situation? Do you agree with their approach, or do you have some reservations? Share your thoughts in the comments below! For more comics, news, stories, and fun, check out TheFarsideComic.
